I own an 85 1.4 but I don't own a 105 2.8
I would not think - even though the 85 is faster - That the 20mm difference would make all that difference
However; I don't do portraits & for that the 85 could be a better fit

That "monkey" is probably very fast, and the lion would have to wake up, turn around, and get himself running. Do you feel like running when you wake up? Would you climb a tree?

How about --
Things you may only try in a Corvette

Or even this one ---
Now that you explained how it's done -- I'll loan you a stick

I laughed out loud though most of this video - funny signs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRsx87mFLIc

The picture below is a thumbnail from a different video. What could go wrong? Did the lion eat the chimp's baby, or does the chimp just have a sense of humor? Yes, I know. It's probably not a chimp.

I didn't realize that Lawrence Welk had twin daughters, name Anna 1 and Anna 2. That was told to me by Don Ho's daughter, Heidi, whom I met in Hawaii.

Thanks for your kind remarks --

As I am sure you can see by the condition of the aircraft in the B&W March AFB photos
These old war birds were much used, dirty & and worn out
Not at all the usual pristine museum-quality examples one expects to see

A big plus for the camera

Curmudgeen: The 5th photo down is a head-on shot of the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom --
An aircraft we were always glad to see especially when we needed to see them

I for sure don't at all miss film but I do miss my Canon EOS-3
