Pentax K-70 with 18-55 SMC DAL Pentax 3.5-5.6 Lens
I inherited this lens from my older model Pentax which I killed taking pictures in Utah desert.. it was not weatherproofed camera. Pentax K-70 is well protected from dust.

Here is a practice stack I did tonight with a vintage Nikon belt buckle. This buckle was produced exclusively in the 1970's for Nikon, Inc. by Indiangiver Company. Made in the USA.

Equipment: Nikon Z9, Nikkor Z 105mm MC, tripod, overhead LED room lighting

25 stacked photos. Aperture Priority, 3 step width, 3 sec. interval @ ISO-64, f/3.2 1/5 sec.

Post processed with Helicon Focus 8, Nikon NX2, Photoshop Elements 7.

A fantastic image
I am curious, Why the the time to create a stack of an item that has very little depth?

Walking into the park area to work with my guys over the loud-mouthed cicadas, I heard a strange sound. At first, I thought it might be a squirrel, but looking around me, I couldn't see one. I finally looked closer and saw a tiny baby bird. I became concerned as it was chirping now loudly, and as I approached, it did not attempt to fly. So, I just spoke to it for a bit and then decided it was best to leave, hoping the mom would return and not a hawk. Later, when I came back, it was gone. I can only hope for the best.

Cute little thing!

I hope you enjoy my attempt.

Just a few flowers from around Texas. Lady Bird Johnson started a wildflower program back when LBJ was president and it has continued ever since and has added miles and miles of wildflowers all around the state.

Driving on Route 28 in Falmouth, MA (Cape Cod), we decided to stop and check out some unusual statues. Seems that the statues are not all that is unusual there. Here is the website for Bad Martha Brewery and an exerpt from their home page

Welcome To Bad Martha

Dance with a stranger. Give out your real number. Convince someone that’s your yacht moored outside the harbor.

A trip to Martha's Vineyard or Cape Cod is a chance to escape. To let go. To be, dare we say, a little bad. That indulgent spirit lives and breathes in every drop of Bad Martha beer. So grab a bottle and get bad today.

Love to photograph these Snowy Egrets feeding on bait fish which gather aroound an aerator which helps oxygenate
this small lake at a local park. The bait fish gather around the aerator as it churns the water surface providing a rich feeding spot for birds.
